Will the Minister of Panchayati Raj be pleased to state: .

  • the steps taken by the Government to create a system of transparency and accountability in the Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs); .
  • Whether the Government proposes to take steps to prevent pilferage of developmental grants; and .
  • if so, the details thereof?
