Construct Check Dams

Will the Minister of Rural Development be pleased to state: .

  • whether the Government proposes to construct check dams in the drought prone areas with actual participation of the beneficiaries/NGOs so that the stored water could be used for various purposes during drought; and .
  • if so, the details thereof?
