- the detail of the breeder, foundation and certified seeds production in the last three years; .
- the detail of seed banks in India, state-wise; .
- whether the Government proposes to avail seeds to the farmers at reasonable price and check the supply of spurious seeds in the market through the creation of seed banks; and .
