Will the minister for LAW be pleased to state

  • whether cases of organ swapping is on the rise in India
  • if so the details of the cases in the last three years
  • whether the government is planning to make amendments in Transplantation of Human Organs Act 1994 to make swapping of organ donation legal
  • if so the details of the proposed amendments.
