50% women reservation in panchayats

Will the minister for PANCHAYATI RAJ be pleased to state

  • whether the government is planning to bring in 50% reservation for women in Panchayats in all the states of India
  • if so, the details thereof
  • whether any assessment has been carried out on representation by women in the states where 50% reservation for women is already existing
  • if so the details thereof
